THE PILOT WAY

We honor our students by teaching them to respect themselves by instilling in them a sense of self-esteem and feeling of worth and excellence.

We teach responsibility by holding students accountable for their own actions, both positive and negative, and by promoting teamwork, not only in the classroom but on the playground and athletic areas as well.

We promote commitment by encouraging students to follow through with their actions both in the classroom and in life. Students are expected to be dedicated to their studies, their families, their friends, their, school and their communities.

We instill integrity by promoting living sound moral character. Students are encouraged to admit when they have made a mistake and own up to the consequences.
